Motorcycle Masters -Advanced Rider Training 

 

WAIVER FORM 

 

I, having attained the age of at least eighteen years, agree with the following:

I assume all responsibility for property damage, personal injury, and bodily injury, including death, with respect to myself or any third parties, that may arise due to my enrolment and participation in the MCM Advanced Rider Training Program. 

 

I further agree to hold harmless and release MCM, its employees, contractors, agents and volunteers from any and all losses, injuries or damages, including death, that may be sustained by me, or caused by me as a result of my participation in the above noted program.

 

I acknowledge that I have had the chance to seek legal advice prior to commencing the on-vehicle portion of the training and that I am signing the waiver willingly.

 

I have read the above carefully. I understand it and voluntarily sign it acknowledging that my questions and / or concerns regarding the course have been answered to my satisfaction.     

 

Additionally, I read the particulars of the waiver and I understand that a full refund of my course fees is forthcoming if, after reading this waiver, I choose to NOT participate prior to any riding taking place. I acknowledge that I am willing to participate and accept all the risks associated with this motorcycle rider training.
